Workshops

Train the team on its own work, not on generic prompts.

Three formats, led by practitioners and built on your real briefs, reports and campaigns. Your team leaves with workflows that already work, and a way to keep them working.

Sound familiar?

  • We bought the licences. The work didn't really change.
  • Two people are good with AI, and everyone asks them.
  • We did a training day. Three months later, nothing was running.
  • Legal wants a policy. Marketing wants to move.
  • Nobody can say what our AI spend has actually changed.

Three formats

Decide, build, then make it last.

Each format stands on its own. Together they take a function from agreeing where AI fits, to doing the work with it, to owning it.

LeadershipHalf day

AI leadership briefing

For CMOs and heads of growth: where AI changes your marketing economics, what to fund first, and who owns the risk.

  • Up to 12
  • On-site or remote

You leave with

  • an AI opportunity map for your function
  • three funded priorities for 90 days
  • a one-page AI use policy for marketing

Team1 or 2 days

Hands-on team workshop

Your marketing, content or growth team builds with AI on live work: research, briefs, reporting, creative QA.

  • 8 to 20 people
  • On-site or remote

You leave with

  • a shared prompt and playbook library
  • 2 to 3 working agents on your own workflows
  • before-and-after times, measured

ChampionsFlagship 6 weeks

AI champions programme

We train a small group inside your team to build, run and improve agents, so the capability stays after we leave.

  • 4 to 8 champions
  • Hybrid

You leave with

  • trained internal champions
  • one shipped workflow per champion
  • an adoption scorecard for leadership

Why this exists

The gap is rarely the tools.

  • Training lags the tools

Microsoft found that only 39% of global AI users had received company-provided training, while most brought their own AI tools to work.

Microsoft and LinkedIn, Work Trend Index 2024 (opens in a new tab)

  • Leadership sets the ceiling

BCG reports the share of employees who feel positive about GenAI rises from 15% to 55% with strong leadership support.

BCG, AI at Work 2025 (opens in a new tab)

  • Pilots stall at the workflow

MIT NANDA's 2025 study found most generative AI pilots stall, and pointed to a learning gap rather than model quality.

How to choose

Start from the problem you have today.

Not sure? Tell us what is happening and we will recommend a format, or a smaller first step if that would serve you better.

  • Leadership cannot agree where AI fits, or who owns the risk.

Start with the leadership briefing.Leadership briefing

  • People have the tools, but the weekly work looks the same.

Run the hands-on team workshop.Team workshop

  • You trained the team once, and use faded within weeks.

The champions programme makes it stick.Champions programme

  • You want all three.

A common sequence is briefing, then workshop, then champions, over about a quarter.

How every format runs

Before, during and after.

The session is the middle of the work, not all of it.

Before

We study your work first

A short review of the team's real workflows, tools and bottlenecks, so every exercise is built on your own material.

  • interviews or a call with the lead
  • a short survey of current AI use
  • real work chosen for the session

During

Build, not watch

Small groups build live on their own briefs, reports and campaigns. Every participant ships something they will use the next morning.

  • your tools, your accounts
  • time measured before and after
  • human sign-off designed in

After

30 days of follow-through

Office hours, a check on what the team is actually using, and a short adoption report for leadership.

  • office hours
  • a 30-day usage check
  • a plain recommendation on what next

Guardrails

Your data, your rules, your sign-off.

  • Data stays in your accounts

We work in the tools you licence, on accounts you control. Nothing is copied to ours.

  • Brand and compliance built in

Your voice guide, claims rules and regulatory limits shape every exercise.

  • A person signs off

Every workflow has an owner, and nothing reaches a customer without human approval.

  • No new tools required

We start with what you already pay for, and explain any gap that matters.

How we measure it

Measured, not estimated.

We track a few numbers that show whether the work changed. No vanity scores, no satisfaction surveys passed off as results.

Adoption

Weekly use of the workflows the team built, not logins or licences.

Measured by usage data from your own tools.

Hours saved

Time per task on real work, timed before and after.

Measured by timing the same task twice, not a survey.

Workflows shipped

Agents and prompt systems still in regular use after 30 days.

Measured by the team library and agent log.

Quality

Errors caught before review, and rework per draft.

Measured by QA logs and reviewer notes.

We agree the baseline with you before we start, and we report what we measure, including what did not stick.

Led by practitioners, not trainers.

Sessions are led by Rajeev Pandey and the ThinkPivot team, who design and run these workflows for clients every week. The examples come from live operating work, not a course library.

Each format is led by people who build and run AI workflows for marketing teams every week. Rajeev leads the leadership briefings himself.

FAQ

Questions buyers ask

Each format page has its own questions too.

Which format should we start with?

Start from the problem. If leaders have not agreed where AI fits, start with the briefing. If the team has tools but the work has not changed, the team workshop. If you have trained before and use faded, the champions programme.

Do you only work with marketing teams?

The formats are built for marketing, growth, content and sales teams. The same method works for adjacent functions that run recurring, judgement-heavy work, and we will tell you plainly if it is not a fit.

Which AI tools do you use?

The ones you already licence, such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Microsoft Copilot. We are not tied to a vendor.

How is our data handled?

We work inside your accounts on data you approve, under your NDA if you have one. Nothing is copied to our systems.

Do participants get a certificate?

No. Participants are trained on their own work, and what they leave with is workflows that run. We would rather show what shipped than issue a certificate.

How do you measure whether it worked?

Adoption, hours saved on real tasks, workflows still in use after 30 days, and quality. We agree the baseline before we start and report what we measure, including what did not stick.

What does it cost?

It depends on the format, group size and location. After a short call we send a clear written proposal with scope, dates and fees.

Ready to train the team on its own work?

Tell us the team, the size and the work. We will recommend a format, or tell you if a smaller first step would serve you better.
