AI use policy
One page, written with you in week one, so people know what's allowed before they start.
A 12-month programme that trains each department on its own work, under rules that keep your data safe, and measures what changed.

The basics are free now. Microsoft, Google, OpenAI and AICTE teach them at no cost. What isn't free is applying AI to your own work, and keeping up as the tools change.
Public research, quoted for context. These are not ThinkPivot results.
AI drafts and speeds up the work. Your people check it and make the call. We stay for the year because the tools keep changing.
Map and Guard Where AI saves time, and the AI use policy
Leadership briefing Half a day, three funded priorities
Department workshops 1 to 2 days each, on live work
Champions Named in weeks 4 to 6, then run the workflows
Monthly clinic Per department, on what to build next
Quarterly update and scorecard What changed in AI, and usage by team
Measured Time per task, workflows live
Each one is built with your people on your own work, and stays with you after the year.
One page, written with you in week one, so people know what's allowed before they start.
Where AI saves real time in each department, and where it shouldn't be used.
Kept current for twelve months. Broken workflows fixed, dated ones retired.
Timed on the same tasks before launch and again at month three, by your team.
Usage, workflows live and quality, by team, for leadership.
Visuals show the format, not client data. Your versions are built from your own work. Swipe to see all five.
A named person in each department keeps the workflows running and brings new problems to the monthly clinic. The capability stays when we leave.
Account research, proposals and campaign drafts built on your own data and templates.
Job descriptions, onboarding material and policy answers drafted for review in a fraction of the time.
Reports, reconciliations and SOPs drafted from the systems you already use.
An AI opportunity map, three funded priorities and a one-page policy the board can sign off.
Question banks and rubrics drafted in minutes, and a clear class policy on AI use and academic integrity.
Enquiry replies in minutes instead of days, and counsellor call notes summarised into the CRM.
Campaign drafts and creative checks done in-house, and the weekly performance report written for you.
NAAC and NIRF documentation pulled together faster, and circulars and minutes drafted for review.
Practice questions, solutions and explanations drafted and checked against your syllabus and house style.
First replies to leads in minutes, call summaries in the CRM, and follow-ups that don't slip.
Doubt answers drafted from your own material and reviewed by faculty before they go out.
Result posts, ads and landing copy produced in-house, with a performance report every week.
Each format stands on its own. Every programme size includes the launch and twelve months of staying current. We share pricing on the first call.
Programme sizes
Each format page has its own questions too.
Start from the problem. If leaders have not agreed where AI fits, start with the briefing. If the team has tools but the work has not changed, the team workshop. If you have trained before and use faded, the champions programme.
No. The programme runs department by department, for faculty, admissions, sales, operations, HR, finance and marketing. We will tell you plainly if it is not a fit.
The ones you already licence, such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Microsoft Copilot. We are not tied to a vendor.
We work inside your accounts on data you approve, under your NDA if you have one. Nothing is copied to our systems.
No. Participants are trained on their own work, and what they leave with is workflows that run. We would rather show what shipped than issue a certificate.
Adoption, hours saved on real tasks, workflows still in use after 30 days, and quality. We agree the baseline before we start and report what we measure, including what did not stick.
It depends on the format, group size and location. After a short call we send a clear written proposal with scope, dates and fees.
Tell us the team, the size and the work. We will recommend a format, or tell you if a smaller first step would serve you better.
